Our Bed & Breakfast offers four guest rooms, each with TV, electric blankets, central heating, en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Those wishing to use their laptop computers will benefit from the broadband Internet access available on the property. The guests will enjoy delicious breakfast in the dining room. Private off-street parking is also available.

In addition to enjoying a restful and scenic setting in a patch of verdant County Cork countryside, Knockawn Wood B&B is conveniently located within easy driving access to Blarney village, Ballincollig and Cork City. Blarney village is of course home to the eponymous castle and stone, while Cork City is furnished with a range of outstanding restaurants, quaintly traditional pubs and the excellent Crawford Gallery. The city is also home to the stunning culinary centre, The English Market, where local food producers come together to sell a wide range of locally sourced produce. Golfers can make for the stunningly picturesque Blerney Golf Course, while anglers will be well served by the river Blackwater in nearby Mallow. The B&B also serves as an excellent base for those travelling to Ireland via the ferry or Cork Airport, just 25 minutes from the house. There is plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation within near proximity, it is an excellent choice for a holiday in the Cork countryside.
