As well as solving the letting and management problems of investors/owners I also provide a comprehensive accommodation finding service for tenants. I can readily provide properties to suit all requirements and budgets - from a studio/bedsitter to a country mansion and all points in between.
Simply contact me personally by telephone, fax or e-mail with your requirements and budget. I will then match your specifications to properties in our charge and arrange as early as possible a viewing of a property or properties of your choice. If you wish I can arrange a courtesy car to take you to inspect a property you express interest in.

On acceptance of any property you will be required to pay a substantial non refundable 'booking deposit' to secure the rental. This booking deposit will be deducted from the combined total of the first month's rent and security deposit - both of which must be paid in full prior to moving into a property. The security deposit will be refunded to you by post at the end of the rental period (less deductions in respect of damages/breakages - if any) and on production of proof that all utility bills have been cleared and the accounts closed.
I am also happy to assist the many tourist visitors we welcome to Dublin every year to secure short term self catering flats and apartments in order to minimise their accommodation costs. A hotel can be an expensive, and sterile, place to stay for any appreciable period of time and a fully equipped flat or apartment could cut your costs by up to 40% as well as providing you with 'your own space' to relax after a hard day of meetings or sightseeing.
